When people think Guinness, they think St. Patrick’s Day. But what about the rest of the year? Guinness wanted to own another drinking occasion tied to the brand. So, since research shows that the famous stout has an optimal drinking temperature – between 5 and 7 degrees – we aligned it with the cooler days of winter.

It was simple: when the weather dropped to the optimal drinking temperature, Guinness was on the house. And it worked. The campaign saw over 20,000 free pints poured within the first 48 hours, reminding people that St. Paddy’s Day isn’t the only time of year to enjoy a perfectly poured Guinness. #PRAYFORCOLD
